We invite companies to sponsor employee teams and students teams.

Employee teams:

The simulation was developed in order to provide companies and innovative organizations with an effective tool for developing the potencial of employees as well as empowering team spirit and organization culture.

Each company can register many teams. The simulation is beneficial for all groups of specialist and representatives from different sector or level of management.

GMC is a unique interactive form of development. Participants (in teams from 3 to 5 people) perform the role of management boards in virtual companies. They not only have to plan the strategy but also decide on operations, predict the market situation and competitors’ behavior. Therefore the simulation is a beneficial training tool for experienced managers, team leaders abut also specialists and young talents, representing different kind of specialization and sectors. The competition strengthens the ‘spirit of healthy rivalry, supports teambuilding and integration of employees who represent the company in this event. Experience and practice gained in the competition also empowers the real business performance of participants.

2c50de7 GMC is a great opportunity to create interdisciplinary teams within the company. The progress in teamwork that teams achieve when playing GMC, also corresponds to the real cooperation improvement in the real company and business situations. The simulation creates also a great opportunity to gain competences in the field of business awareness, the helicopter view on the company broadens the image and highlights the impact of each decision on the company. It is also very valuable for us that by sponsoring student teams we can contribute to the development of future business executives. – Paweł Noculak, Development Director, Bank Zachodni WBK S.A.
KPMG_Plus_Strapline_RGB We believe it is worth investing in talent development.
