Mr. Wiesław Rozłucki, born in 1947, graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics- Foreign Trade Faculty (1970). He was conferred the PhD Degree in Economic Geography. During 1979-80 he studied at the London School of Economics.
Since 1990, he was responsible for privatisation, first as an advisor to the Minister of Finance, then as Director of the Capital Markets Development Department in the Ministry of Privatisation. Between 1991 and 1994, Mr Rozłucki was a member of the Polish Securities Commission.
From 1991 to 2006, he was President of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange as well as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the National Depository for Securities. In the 1990s, Mr Rozłucki was a member of the Economic Development Council to President of the Republic of Poland. He was also a member of the World Federation of Exchanges (WFE), the Federation of European Securities Exchanges (FESE) as well as a member of the Market Participants Consultative Panel of the Committee of European Securities Regulators (CESR).
Currently, Mr Rozłucki is a Supervisory Board member of public companies: Bank BPH, Telekomunikacja  Polska, TVN, Wasko as well as the Foundation for Capital Market Education and  the Good Practices Committee established in 2001. He is Chairman of the Programming Board of the Polish Institute of Directors and of the Harvard Business Review Polska. He is a senior consultant to Rothschild Poland and Warburg Pincus International.
Mr Wiesław Rozłucki was honoured with Polish Commander Cross with the Star of the Order of Rebirth of Poland and the French L’Ordre National du Merite.

Eugeniusz Gatnar graduated from the Faculty of Management of the University of Economics in Katowice. In 1993 he obtained the degree of doctor of economic sciences and in 1999 the post doctoral degree in economic sciences. In 2009 he was awarded the title of professor in economic sciences by the President of the Republic of Poland.
He authored 170 scientific papers, including 7 scientific monographs, 80 articles, 4 textbooks and numerous scientific and research papers. He had academic training in École Supérieure de Commerce de Toulouse (France), University of Strathclyde in Glasgow (the United Kingdom), University of Cam-bridge (the United Kingdom), Arnhem Business School in Arnhem (the Netherlands).
In 2002-2005 he served as deputy dean for education, in 2005-2008 – deputy dean for science and research and in 2008-2010 – dean at the Faculty of Management of the University of Economics in Katowice.
In 2000-2010 he was a member of the Main Council of the Polish Statistical Association, an ad-viser to the President of Narodowy Bank Polski (2007-2010), a member of the State Accreditation Committee (2008-2010). He is a member of the Council Statistics and Irving Fisher Committee for Central Bank Statistics.
Bartosz Ciołkowski - MasterCard120 Bartosz Ciołkowski, Country Manager at MasterCard Europe (Branch Office Poland) In January 2014 Bartosz Ciołkowski was appointed General Manager Poland at MasterCard Europe. Prior to this role, as Head of Sales, he managed the sales team and was responsible for growing MasterCard’s business in Poland.

Bartosz Ciołkowski began his career at BZ WBK Bank. Before joining MasterCard he worked at Bank Pekao SA, supervising the operations of the Card Business Development Department. He joined MasterCard in 2005 as Account Manager. In 2007 he assumed Product Sales Specialist position to develop credit cards products business in Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Ukraine. In 2009 he took a responsibility to grow business of MasterCard® Advisors in the Central and Eastern European countries, implementing over 50 projects in the field of payments products profitability optimization, innovative products development as well as loyalty programs and co-branding projects development. Bartosz is a graduate of Faculty of Economics at University of Economics in Poznan with a specialization in the field of economic policy and strategy.

D. Bąk120 Dariusz Bąk, CEO of Gremi Business Communication and eKiosk, which is a part of Gremi Group
He’s been working in the Gremi Group structures since 2012: first as the director of distribution and e-commerce departments in Gremi Media and the vice CEO of the company, then since2013 as the CEO of eKiosk – the leader of digital press distribution in Poland. Since March 2014 he has performed the functions of the CEO of Gremi Business Communication – the publisher of Rzeczpospolita and Parkiet newspapers and  rp.pl and parkiet.com websites.
Between 2006 and 2012 he worked as a marketing director and then Director-General in Telepizza Poland Sp. z o.o. – the leader in food delivery to homes and offices in the Polish gastronomic market. Since 1992 he gained experience in brand marketing, trade marketing and  sales departments of companies like Bayer AG, Metro Group,  Wella / P&G.
As Global Product Manager in the headquarters of Bayer AG in Germany, he worked on development and implementation of marketing strategies of the global brands of the concern. As the marketing director of Wella Poland he was responsible for the company’s strategy on the consumer market, as brand manager in Procter & Gamble he introduced innovative shopper marketing programmes.
Dariusz Bąk graduated from the International Business department at Warsaw School of Economics and Vienna University of Economics.
