
For the fourth time employers have been awarded with the GMC Employers awards. The title goes to companies shaping the culture of development among its employees and supporting young talents.
The 16th edition of the Global Management Challenge Poland gathered nearly 330 corporate and students teams. The project, since 2000, involved more than 25 000 participants – representatives of the business world and students from the best universities in Poland.
The strategic partner of the past edition was KGHM and the honorary patron of the event was the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Among the companies that have invested in the development of staff and students in the 16th edition of GMC were: KGHM, GK PGE, Saint-Gobain Group, Lingaro, TAURON Polska Energia (more than 20 teams!), Aperam, ArcelorMittal Poland, Bakalland, Bank Zachodni WBK, Coca Cola HBC, EDF Poland, Liberty Insurance, Dom Inwestycyjny Xelion, Motorola, Netia, Robert Bosch, ProContact, TMF Group, Netia, Lingaro, Atos IT Services, Top Farms, Żywiec Group, PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny.
GMC Employers 2016 awards were handed to: TAURON Polska Energia, ArcelorMittal Poland, KGHM Polska Miedź and PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny. Due to the fact that the GMC as advanced business simulation creates a unique virtual environment for learning management, the project enjoys unabated interest of specialists and managers.
In the previous edition of the GMC Poland the awards were, among others, given to: Millenium Bank, Bank Zachodni WBK, Orange Poland and PKN Orlen.
