“We are an innovative employer, open for new ideas. We create great opportunities for development in both regional (Central Europe, 19 markets) and global structures based in Warsaw, as well as in our factory in Garwolin, which is one of the largest and most modern factories with the distribution center in Europe. It doesn’t matter what position you are working on, in Avon you have a real influence on company development. We are looking for students with a potential, thus GMC is aligning with our strategy. The competition will allow us to build a bridge between students and us. We would like to get to know better participating students and maybe also form the future cooperation with the chosen ones.” – Junior HR Specialist Agnieszka Halicka said
AVON will be supporting 20 student teams in GMC Poland 2016. Perhaps for some of them it will be the beginning of a fruitful cooperation with Avon or a career starting point in Warsaw headquarters, which is the hub for 19 countries in Central Europe, or in one of the departments in the factory in Garwolin, which produces cosmetics for more than 50 countries around the world.
